Jana Kramer became famous on the television show, playing Alex in the One Tree Hill series' last three seasons. Her first few releases as a country artist included in episodes of the series helping her debut album, titled "Eponymous," in the top 20 of the Billboard 200. Her follow-up album from 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. The decade ended with her appearances on Dancing with the Stars, television shows, and singles that were not album tracks. The song was later featured as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album, which was released in 2012. It climbed to number 5 on Billboard Top Country Albums. She continued to act in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would be appealing to her fanbase. Kramer launched her second studio album Thirty One in collaboration with Warner Music Nashville, in October of 2015.
